This was my first time trying this restaurant and I just want to say it was amazing! Our waiter was super nice and checked in a good amount. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed our meals and hope to come back again! I got the chicken enchilada and my boyfriend got a chimichanga, recommend trying both of those!

Our first time coming and would definitely recommend to everyone! super friendly and amazing service! we even got two free shotsour server checked on us a good amount of times and made sure we enjoyed our experience!

My sister's and I enjoyed this restaurant lately. The service and food was excellent and they have a lunch menu which we always appreciate. The California burrito has 3 sauces covering it but it was too large for me. Plan to share it or be really hungry. It was delicious, filled with rice, lettuce, sour cream, beans and chicken or steak

Excellent food!! Excellent service!! This restaurant is very nice and reasonable prices! Fresh food always!! The servers are always so polite and friendly!! The food taste amazing! My favorite spot in ankeny!! I highly recommend!!!!

Food was great, I had steak and shrimp fajitas. Jalisco old fashioned was pretty good, and after dinner they brought us a shot of a drink called Mexican candy. A nice touch. Highly recommend!

The food is not only very flavorful but also comes in generous portions. The drinks are blended very well. But the service, and especially the hospitality, is second to none! You will leave there knowing that your presence is very much appreciated, and you will want to tell your friends about this fine business that deserves your patronage.

First off, the food was AMAZING. Best chilaquiles I’ve ever had. Everyone was satisfied with their meals. The portions were large I had to take most of it to go and it was still good after heating it up. I had the house margarita cause it was the drink special and it was absolutely huge and delicious. Our server was attentive and nice. Will be back again.

I saw 4.9 Stars - thought I need to try. Glad I did. The fajitas were about 1.5-2 times MORE than other restaurants. Now I have breakfast & maybe lunch for tomorrow. Flavor was good. Salsa was a little spicier than I prefer, but still good overall. Cold beer too.
